Invisible walls around you

What we call ”comfort zone” are the limits defined by our daily life. This comfort zone is made up of habits we get into as time goes by. But these habits soon turn into limitations. In order to really change your existence, you will need to get out of your comfort zone. If you don’t, the needed transformations will be difficult to initiate.

The same goes for everybody. It is hard not to get into habits, or even create some sort of routine in life. Admittedly, this routine often generates a reassuring feeling but it can also quickly turn into a prison made of invisible walls in which you end up going round in circles.

As time goes by and as you learn lessons from your successes or failures, you accumulate certainties. They often become the foundations on which you build your life.

The accumulation of ideas derived from our experience and our childhood gradually form the base of our state of mind. Unconsciously or not, our state of mind causes us to make decisions and behave in the way we do. We often end up hiding behind the certainties that lie at the root of our living conditions.

As we grow older, we set up invisible limits around us – without realising it… and the more time goes by, the less we dare go beyond these limits!

This attitude is very widespread and understandable but it can turn out to be a genuine trap, one that could imprison you within invisible walls if you do not question some of your certainties.

How to see these invisible walls?

There are several ways to realise invisible walls are enclosing you but two of them are particularly recommended: observing your behaviour every day and putting your beliefs to the test in real life.

1.   Observing your behaviour in real life

To check whether you find yourself in an invisible prison, the first effective method you need to use merely consists in observing yourself every day.  

Here is how to proceed. It is simple: starting today, or as soon as possible, observe what is going on in your life and simply write down the principles and ideas you make use of to deal with the situations that come your way.

For a week or two, focus on this observation task. Perform it objectively. During this period, write the ideas you used to solve your problems and improve your life, regardless of the area (your enrichment, your emotional life and luck in general).

Write them down in a notebook along with the principles you apply every day of your life.

Do not judge the results of your actions, whether they are good or bad. Only write the principles used and the results derived from your actions.

2.   Putting your beliefs to the test

After a week or two (it’s up to you to decide), take your notebook and analyse the results.

See the ideas that helped you derive the most benefits. Those that helped you get richer, improve your life and be luckier.

Draw up another list containing those that did not bring you any benefit or even those that were detrimental to you.

Put the former into practice and avoid the latter. Adopt more ideas that are designed to change your life!

“Why do we have brakes in a car”?

Varied answers were received, like,

  1. “To stop”,
  2. “To reduce speed”,
  3. “To avoid collision” etc.,

but the best answer was, “To enable you to drive faster”

Give it a thought. It’s true but seldom such smart out of box thinking is done, much less appreciated. For a moment assume you have no brakes in your car then how fast will you drive your car?! It’s because of brakes that we can dare to accelerate, dare to go fast and reach destinations we desire.

At various points in life, we find our parents,teachers, mentors & friends etc. questioning your progress, direction or decision. We consider them as irritants or consider such inquiries as “brakes” to our ongoing work. But, remember, it’s because of such questions (read periodical brakes) that you have managed to reach where you are today. Without brakes, you could have skid, lost direction or gone astray or met with an unfortunate accident !!!. Learn to appreciate the ‘brakes’ in your life. Use them wisely…

Change in life

Change in day to day life  is necessary thing as certain situation in life we cannot move out..!! Being Bachlor and  being single, people often need change .change about surrounding ,change about surrounding people,options are many there .you twist your mind ,your thoughts will chease yourself, life gave you a chance to turn a way towards it.Either a wish can be fullfilled and it takes time to manage everything according to  wish.But Lesser traffic of thoughts lesser will be your journey .Being Honest and sincere in life time will change everything .Need for change need for journey need for life need for hope need to love,need to achieve .behind everything there is need there is way if there is will.Honesty is best policy but some people may take advantage of your nature…so change in your nature is necessary.To be or not to be is the question but to be is the attitude .kya hoga iss se jo hoga vo dekha jayega.You visit every place ,it gave you immense pleasure inside .inner power tease you and lead you never lag you .”remember every action there is equal and opposite reaction.if you push for anything which forcefully your thoughts made it to happen but when there is no meaning in life when there is no change.If you are bored about the place change the place go where you like manage it financially,mentally and with company it gives u joy. To engage your mind is not just rest try to enanage your mind with some stuffs extraordinary things you will get your focus clear learn to get thing don’t just run for thing.change is necessity if you are not getting thing in your way then change the way don’t change your goal either its your hobby,its your maturity,its your mood ,switching your mood and thinking about memories is not solution.past has gone,don’t waste your present by thinking about past Future is awaiting for you /switch your mood and try to be happy not really sad or bad or depressed,sometimes you feel alone you need company to share with someone but phase has gone once you are happy with yourself inside .Your hope and your need to change your lifestyle ,your place you living from childhood it may be gave you mental sickness to adjust with some different life or it may give you happiness its upto you.negativity kills our many thoughts yet to come.Your positive approach towards to thing which you want to change in your life gave you everything which you want !!

Dont wish for anything in return learn to chease your mood in your way ,how two roomates are living together still you feel lonely as there is gap of sharing they didnt get time to share and dont need it but it truely give rise to their health issue as they cant share their sorrow ,joy as they attached due to just finantial need ,they cant angry to each other as fit happens owner of housse will do some action,its very deep pain when you are with surrounding but you feel yourself somewhere different and you feeel lonely your loneliness starts when you realise yourself when your bad patch comes and it slowly disappear with new good patch in life but it mean life gave you another chance at that time you suddenly gone through mental shock and you realise you need attention ,care.yes when you are rising stars in astrology are good (when you get everything goody goody whatever your mind desire ) then definitely your friends will less and your enemies will be more but love that enemies beacause they are teaching you ,you are leader and they are lag behind ,when someone come first 100 will last due to their madness .Change in you can change the surrounding how you present yourself can tackle your loneliness,you get people more to share but you loose them to share because there are some boundaries and limitations to share your views wither in your workplace ,in your home,also with your partner too.try to  be change in action may activate and reachrge yourself own to move towards phases/shades of life!

Your five fingers

Five fingers of your hand what actually it has its own importance.If your one finger may cut or during driving it may injured it recovers it takes time likewise five points in life first finger is your perception(approach) towards task second middle finger is your efforts towards task or gathering information needed for that task or to be educate ,aware to do task,third finger is your willingness ,your hope , when you realized that’s very tough stage you decide that into parts and fourth finger is to stop others who demotivate you to do task ,last not but least your thumb fifth finger is your gear your speed or speed up your brain or your understanding level to the point where nobody can receive such signals they needed antenna like you.be antenna of yourself like your behavior,your nature,your sincere efforts ,how you run your shoes towards your dream.when these all fingers together simple life never tease you.somebody says when you point one finger towards anyone rest fingers on your side but what exactly you give importance to which finger and for what that you should rest author plan always worked and they can reach their thoughts/views by writing with pointing finger.your pencil can write one sentence but it reads thousands of people .sometimes a single thought can work out anything may be any big thing.so Just think about yourself and focus ,life itself truely motivated if our pointing finger-approach is right direction and perpendicular with your understanding level.that’s set!!
